Comparative analysis of film boiling correlations for steam explosion problem

چکیده

The article considers the existing models and correlations for describing heat transfer during film boiling. Film boiling is an important thermophysical process that determines course of interaction melt reactor core materials with coolant, which can potentially occur a severe accident at nuclear power plant pressurized water-cooled (VVER/PWR). values Nusselt number predicted by these are compared. A fairly significant dispersion calculated parameters has been established, making it difficult to unambiguously choose one or another correlation. However, in range typical high-temperature several give quite close values, allows them be recommended use calculation codes modeling thermal-hydraulic processes VVER/PWR type.
